FortisBC Deep Energy Retrofit Pilot
Viscount Villa is a three-storey, 35-suite multi-unit residential building in Kamloops, British Columbia, and one of four buildings selected to participate in the FortisBC Deep Energy Retrofit Pilot Program. As part of the retrofit, LUNOS e²60 Standard units were installed to provide suite-level ventilation within an occupied building undergoing comprehensive envelope and mechanical upgrades, without introducing new centralized ductwork or corridor-based air distribution.
The LUNOS e²60 Standard units were installed through the renovated exterior wall assemblies, with the standard-length configuration selected to accommodate the increased wall depth resulting from the upgraded enclosure and to align with the construction sequencing typical of low-rise deep energy retrofit projects.
